Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi refuses to read customary address in assembly & walks out.
A statement issued by Raj Bhavan later said the draft address had "numerous passages with misleading claims far from truth".
"My repeated request and advice to show due respect to the National Anthem and play it at the beginning and end of the address has been ignored." - Governor said.
