Mixed fruit sago - A bowl full of summer freshness ☀️😍
Ingre****nts:
• 1 apple, finely chopped
• ½ cup pomegranate pearls
• ½ cup black g****s, sliced
• ½ cup green g****s, sliced
• 1 cup ice apple (tadgola), chopped
• 1 cup strawberries, chopped
• 1 cup ripe mango, chopped
• 2 cups boiled sabudana (sago)
• ¼ cup strawberry syrup (homemade or store-bought)
• ½ cup sabja seeds (basil seeds), soaked for 10 minutes
• ¼ cup condensed milk/ sweetener of choice
• 1 cup crushed ice(optional)
• 500 ml chilled milk

Method:
- Soak sabudana in enough water for 4–5 hours.
- Boil it in sufficient water for about 10 minutes until translucent.
- Drain and immediately soak in ice-cold water to stop further cooking.
- Drain again before using.

- In a large mixing bowl, add chopped fruits
- Add the prepared sabudana along with soaked sabja seeds.
- Pour in strawberry syrup, condensed milk, crushed ice, and chilled milk.

- Mix everything gently until well combined.
- Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
You can refrigerate and serve chilled, but it is best consumed within 3–4 hours as the milk may spoil if stored longer.
