2 sweet potato π (steamed or boiled)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sendha namak
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Airfry the sweet potatoes at 180C for 20mins (flip the potatoes after 10mins)
π₯ Assemble the chaat -
Cripsy sweet potato fries π
Whisked & sweetened curd (add honey or any sweetner of choice)
Imli chutney
Coriander-mint chutney πΏ
Pomegranate
Coriander leaves π
Masala peanuts π₯ (use fast friendly seasonings)
