Creamy Herbed Mushrooms
Ingre****nts:
250 gms mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
6-8 cloves of garlic
1 onion finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 Cup fresh cream
1 tsp mixed herbs + chilli flakes
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Process:
Heat a pan with some butter and oil, add garlic and onion, saute for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent. All the spices and mix
Add whole mushrooms, cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, add fresh cream, mic well and let it cook.
Add mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Mix well, top with fresh coriander
Serve warm
