Manipur moves from one tragedy to another. Photos of two missing students in captivity, allegedly moments before they were killed reveal just how dangerous Manipur’s cycle of violence is for ordinary, helpless innocent citizens from all communities . Meiteis and Kukis need to stand together and speak up against the mindless violence. And most crucially the absentee/partisan state needs to restore its credibility among people across communities .
