Day 20/100 : Had chicken fried rice one small bowl + went to a wedding and had lots of varieties. But didn’t over eat.
Steps I walked a lot yesterday. But wasn’t wearing my watch. So not sure how many steps!
Not a perfect day. But not a bad one either!
