COLD HARDY VEGETABLE SUGGESTIONS
An excellent post from the 👏 Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Gardener Program 👏 "Don't throw in the towel on growing vegetables just because it's winter! There are a number of cold-hardy greens you can grow in colder months, including arugula endive, spinach and parsley.
If you don't have these currently growing in your garden, consider planting some at the end of next summer to enjoy harvests through the winter. A great thing to remember as you begin to plan your 2023 vegetable garden!
