It will be difficult for Congress Govt to pass "Hindu Religious Institutions & Charitable Endowment" bill in Legislative Council (Upper House).
Bill has been passed in assembly where Congress has comfortable majority. BJP alleges that the state government is involved in Anti-Hindu policies.
