Demography is getting changed with some areas of state having upto 40% Bangladeshis and Rohingyas. No state scheme. Central aid comes but don't known if goes to infiltrators, Rohingyas, didi's vote bank or Maoist. A 12th class pass student is headmaster of school and 10th class is teaching science to 11th class student
