PM Modi inaugurated the Kālacakra ‘Wheel of Time’ Empowerment ceremony in Bhutan, accompanied by His Majesty the King and His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo. The sacred event was made even more special by the presence of His Holiness the Je Khenpo.
