A unique marriage is in discussion in Byour village of Islamnagar police station area of Badayun. 28-year-old Pinky Sharma married Lord Krishna's statue with traditional Hindu customs. Kanyadaan, ferre and all rituals were formalized. Brother-in-law's family became Barati and the whole village played the role of family. Pinky is post graduate and devotee of Lord Krishna since childhood. Initially their mother opposed it, but later agreed for the daughter's happiness.
