At least 17 people lost their lives in a massive explosion at an explosives factory in Raulgaon, Katol tehsil of Nagpur district, Maharashtra. The Prime Minister announced ₹2 lakh ex gratia from PMNRF for the next of kin of each deceased and ₹50,000 for the injured, as rescue and investigation efforts continue.
