a quart of purple cabbage
two pieces of carrots
a piece of red onion
Six seven leaf lettuce

For the sauce
The juice of a medium lemon
five tablespoons of olive oil
two tablespoons of pomegranate vinegar
about half a teaspoon of sumak

Finely chop or grate the purple cabbage, sprinkle a little salt, rub it lightly with your hands and knead until slightly soft, it will be much more delicious this way. Grate the carrots, chop the onion, and chop the lettuce. Put it all in a large bowl, add finely chopped parsley and dill.

For the dressing, mix well lemon juice, olive oil, pomegranate vinegar, sumak and salt, pour over the salad and mix well. Rest a little and enjoy!
