Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Chilli powder
Turmeric
Kashmiri mirch
Mace powder
Elaichi powder
Peeli mirch
Garam masala
Cinnamon powder
Pepper pods
Shahi jeera
Green chilli
Mint leaves
Lemon juice
Keora water
Brown onion
Marinate chicken over night or 6hrs .

Cook chicken for 20 mins untill it's tender
Soak BASMATI 馃尵 rice for 30 mins
.
Cook rice till 70%
.
Layer biryani with chicken & rice add ghee on top
Saffron milk - kesar
Keora water
Brown onion
Lemon
Mint leaves & green chilli..
Cook on dum - low flame for 20 mins
