Protein Sandwich/ Breakfast/snack
Ingre****nts:
1 cup curd
1/4 cup sattu/ Besan
1/4 cup paneer
1/4 cup tomatoes 🍅
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp capsicum chopped
2 tbsp sweet corn boiled or frozen
Whole wheat bread
Cheese slice
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil or butter
Method: Mix all the ingre****nts in a bowl. Make thick batter make tadka with oil and mustard seeds and put it into batter. ****ly on bread slices andCook both sides until it turns golden brown. Keep cheese slice in between and serve.
