Take a jar and add:

• Cucumber
• Boiled small chickpeas

Now prepare a fresh chutney:
Mint (pudina) + coriander + green chilli + garlic + lemon juice — blend it well.

Pour this chutney over the salad as dressing.
Add a touch of turmeric chutney for extra flavor.

Close the jar, shake it well, garnish with fresh coriander… and it’s ready!
