Veg biryani
•Take your favorite vegetables,Cut them in required shapes then Fry all vegetables by adding salt to oil to crispy and taste & fry until golden brown color,Keep fried veggies aside.
•In a cooking pan add Chopped green chillies ,Ginger garlic paste,3 diced tomatoes,Salt to taste,Turmeric powder-1/2tsp,Red chilli powder-1tbsp,Cook until tomatoes are soft.
•Add 3/4th cup plain yogurt & 1cup fried onions ,Chopped coriander and mint,Cook for 5mins until oil separates.Add fried vegetables
Add lemon juice,Garam masala powder-1tsp.
•Soak 500gm rice (atleast for 30mins)
•In separate pot add water & whole spices-cinnamon stick ,Cardamom 2,shahizeera 1tsp,Clove 2,1 bay leaf.Salt to taste Slice of lemon •Add soaked rice,Cook for 4-5mins Strain it and add on top of mixed vegetables. add saffron milk,Garnish with fried onions Chopped coriander add ghee
•Seal with foil Cook for 5-7 mins on high flame
Then cook 30mins on low flame
