In Umrikala village, a nine-year-old boy was suddenly attacked by a cheetah while playing near his home. The animal grabbed his neck and face in its jaws. Hearing her child’s screams, his mother, who was nearby feeding cattle, rushed to the spot without hesitation.
Without thinking about her own safety, she fearlessly put her hand into the cheetah’s jaws and struggled with all her strength to free her son. While the animal tried to drag the child away, the mother fought back with unmatched bravery and determination. This intense struggle continued for nearly 10 minutes, until she finally managed to rescue him.
The child suffered serious injuries and required around 120 stitches, but thankfully, his life was saved.
The cheetah kept growling and attempted to attack again, but the mother’s courage and her deep love for her child proved stronger than the danger. This incident once again shows that a mother’s love is the greatest form of courage.
