✨ Healthy Paneer Rice Bowl ✨

🌿 Herbed Rice

Sauté garlic & onion in 1 tsp oil + 1 tsp butter.
Add mixed veggies, then 2 cups cooked rice, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper & salt. Toss well.

🧀 Spiced Paneer

Mix 1 tbsp oil, salt, chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, oregano & lemon juice.
Coat 200g paneer and grill till golden.

🥒 Curd Salad

Whisk 200g curd.
Add carrot, cucumber, onion, salt, pepper & jeera powder. Chill.

✨ Assemble & serve together.
