During these hours, loud music, videos without headphones, and noisy conversations are strictly not allowed inside trains.
Passengers are advised to use headphones or earphones while playing any audio or video, especially in reserved coaches.
The move aims to create a peaceful environment so that everyone can rest without disturbance.
Railway staff, including TTEs and RPF personnel, are authorized to take action against repeated violations.
Passengers can also report noise-related issues to onboard staff or through helpline services.
