Crispy, chatpata and instant poha bhel
Hereโs how I made them:
In a pan, fry flattened rice (poha/chivda), roasted chana dal, peanuts, coconut, cashews, curry leaves (careful while frying ๐
) and green chilli until crisp.
Transfer everything to a bowl. Add chilli powder, amchur powder, black salt and powdered sugar. Mix well.
