AAP MP Sanjay Singh said that the membership of all seven MPs who have decided to break away from AAP and merge with BJP will be cancelled. He said, "After discussions with all experts and taking the opinion of Mr. Sibal, I have sent a petition to the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha and the esteemed Vice President of the country, in which, as per the 10th Schedule of the Constitution, the membership of these seven members should be fully terminated and ended."
