The Delhi government has issued a notice to vacate Yamuna Bazar Colony located at Nigam Bodh Ghat in Delhi. Citing the O Zone, 310 families have been asked to vacate the area within 15 days.
This area is the first to be affected when floods hit the Yamuna. Meanwhile, the residents of the colony say that the land belongs to DDA and they have obtained a stay from the High Court. In such a situation, a question is arising as to on what basis the Delhi government has issued this notice.
