A significant development has taken place in the ongoing Gyanvapi dispute after a Varanasi court allowed Hindu worship in the basement area known as “Vyas Ji Ka Tehkhana.” The decision has once again brought national attention to a case involving history, archaeology, faith, law, and cultural heritage.
The court’s order came after the Archaeological Survey of India submitted its detailed survey report. According to findings presented during the proceedings, the survey examined several structural, architectural, and archaeological features within the complex, including foundations, pillars, inscriptions, artefacts, and other historical elements.
