Double Mango Pani Puri that tastes like summer in every bite 🥭💛

Recipe 🥭

For the stuffing:
• 2 boiled potatoes, mashed
• ½ cup boiled channa
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp roasted coriander seeds
• 1 tsp roasted jeera
• 2 dried red chillies

Roast coriander seeds, jeera and red chillies, blend into a coarse powder and mix into the aloo-channa filling.
Finish with lemon juice and mix well.

For the mango pani:
• 1 cup coriander leaves
• ½ cup mint leaves
• 1 small raw mango
• 2 green chillies
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp jeera
• ½ tsp pink salt
• Lemon juice to taste
• Chilled water as needed
. One ripe mango cut in cubes

Blend everything together until smooth. Add chilled water and adjust seasoning.

Fill crispy puris with the stuffing, pour in the chilled mango pani and enjoy immediately 🤌🥭
