The legal battle over Bhojshala, which reportedly began on May 2, 2022, reached a major milestone on May 15, 2026, when the Madhya Pradesh High Court recognised the disputed complex in Dhar as a temple and set aside the ASI’s 2003 arrangement.
For the Hindu petitioners, the ruling was celebrated as a historic victory after years of legal preparation, research, and advocacy led by senior advocate Hari Shankar Jain and his legal team.
