SDM and 11 others have been issued non-bailable warrants, orders to arrest them before August 12! The court has taken a major step in the Bharat Bhushan Tiwari encounter case. The Arar CJM Court has issued non-bailable warrants (NBW) against 11 named individuals in the case. The court has ordered all the accused to be arrested and produced before August 12. The names of those against whom the warrants have been issued include the then SDM Sanjeet Kumar, the then SDPO Rajesh Kumar Sharma, the then police station in-charge of Shahpur Rajesh Malakar, Inspector Ankita Aryan, Harishchandra Kumar, STF jawan Akshay Kumar, Vikas Kumar, and others. STF jawan Akshay Kumar has already been arrested in the case. A petition was filed in the court by advocate Sanjeev Kumar demanding the issuance of non-bailable warrants. The petition also sought information about the named accused in the investigation, probe report, and preliminary hearing so far. The case is said to have occurred on the morning of June 15. Bharat Bhushan Tiwari allegedly did a Facebook Live. In the live video, he was seen at a deserted place, where Bhojpuri police and STF personnel were present. In the video, the police personnel were seen wearing bulletproof jackets and carrying weapons. During the live, Bharat claimed that he was innocent and that despite this, the police team had come to catch him. In the final part of the video, he said that he was surrendering by throwing his weapon towards the police and then ended the live. Meanwhile, the police claim that after the surrender, Bharat tried to fire again with a pistol. After that, he was shot in the legs in response to the police action. Bharat's family and supporters had raised serious questions about the police action regarding the entire incident. Now, after the non-bailable warrant was issued from the court, the case has taken a new turn. The arrest of the accused before the scheduled date on August 12 and their presentation in court has become a major challenge for the police. Note - The final conclusion on the allegations related to the encounter and the claims of the police will come out only after the judicial process is completed.
