Being a university backed up by the industry i.e., GNA Gears which has completed its 75 years of excellence, GNA University aims at imparting an industry endorsed curriculum wherein the curriculum fulfils all the requirements which are pre requisite for him/her to join the university. Thus, the university aims at bridging the gap between the academic arena and industry expectations. The unique feature of the programs conducted at the University is the focus on experiential learning, industrial internships, learning of diverse principles, flexible, credit-based study programs and holistic development of personality which in turn will ensure employability of the students. The GNA University benchmarks itself with the leading educational institutions across the world in terms of intellectual capital, academic quality, delivery practices and industry linkages and connections. The University credo includes focus on meritocracy, transparency, accountability, ethical behaviour and service orientation. Primarily focussing upon student development and the merit scored by them, GNA University is providing ample number of scholarships to its students thus aiming to provide them economies on education and at the same time ensuring top most quality on the same so that the students get the best out of it. Till date, GNA University has distributed around scholarships worth Rs 7 Crore to its students. About the Program With an aim to empower students to imbibe technological superiority and emerge on the global front with astute competence and acumen, GNA University offers diverse graduate courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering and Mechanical and Automation Engineering. Computer Science and Engineering and Aerospace Engineering are the most admired and preferred choices of the students due to plethora of opportunities in these fields. GNA offers Computer Science and Engineering with specialization in Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Analytics and Internet of Things (IoT). GNA University has MoU’s with Amazon Web Services for Cloud Computing, Oracle for Data Analytics and IoT, Paulo Alto for Cyber Security to enhance the skills in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Data Analytics. GNA University takes a lead in this pandemic by preparing skilled students during this crisis and as a result more than 30 companies recruited Computer Science and Engineering and Aerospace students at a minimum package of 4 LPA and at maximum package of 10 LPA. The companies like, Byju’s, HCL, Ethnus, Mphasis, Collabera, XenonStack, Wipro, Xoriant, Hanu, Keka, Nagaroo, XL Dynamics, Chicmic, Venove software, NAL etc are some few names which recruited GNA’s students. GNA University has Aviation Wing in which we have India's first Maule M-7 aircraft known as "Super-Rocket". Students are imparted practical training in DGCA approved workshop by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians. Department Aerospace Engineering has Aerodynamics Lab with Subsonic wind tunnel, Aerospace Propulsion Lab with R-25 Mig-21 Aircraft Engine, Aerospace Systems and Instrumentation Lab, Aerospace Structures Lab & Aerospace Vibration Lab. For betterment of the students of aerospace engineering, GNA University has signed MoU’s with ESAT University (Tunisia) & University of KwaZulu-Natal (South Africa University). We provide 100% placements in not only in private sectors but also in government sectors. The students from Department Aerospace Engineering are got internship & placed in DRDO, ISRO, HAL, NAL, TBRL, Drone-UAV Pilot in Aarav, Altbird, Axesmap, Flotanomers, Garuda.
