DQ8390-100 Air Jordan 1 Mid GS White Black Orange New Release

Air Max 270, Just a few seasons ago, Nike dedicated colorways to flora of all kinds, documenting them along the uppers of many an Air Force 1. And though less detailed compared to these prior efforts, this upcoming Air Jordan 1 Mid proves that the brand still maintains their green thumb.Though its delicate floral embroidery embodies a traditional feminine aesthetic, the underlying colors and materials stay true to the silhouette’s hoops roots. Here, it’s literally taken on the game with basketball-textured leathers in a classic “Shattered Backboard” scheme of orange and black, with piercing white leathers, liners, laces, and tongues. The needlework drapes the lateral Swooshes in fine florals, while a less-impressive, stock-standard sole unit sits underfoot to complete the design.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid GS sneaker uses a white leather base with black pebbled overlays on the toe, laces, and mudguard and orange pebbled leather on the heel counter and ankle flap. The Swoosh is seen in black on the quarter panels with vines and flowers embroidered all around the Swoosh on the lateral side. The Wings logo is debossed in black on the ankle flap with the Jumpman appearing on the tongue tag and a white midsole and orange outsole finish off the sneaker.Black takes over the toe cap and eyelets, whilst a tangerine colouring sits on the ankle and heel. The rubber outsole below matches to this, whilst the midsole comes in crisp white. The AJ1 sneaker gets its name from the decorated Swoosh on the medial and lateral sidewall, with green embroidered vines and purple flowers adding to the design. Underneath, the base is constructed from a plain, white base.
This offering of the HUF x Nike SB Dunk Low collaboration will be arriving in three color options. One pays tribute to NYC, where Hufnagel was born and raised, the other to San Francisco, where Hufnagel moved to in 2002 and opened the first HUF store. The third is a “Friends and Family” exclusive. Both the NYC and SF colorways feature their respective city written on the tongues, while the FF pair reads, “Wait! What?. Each pair also features “HUF” branding on the toe box and insole housed in special packaging. While HUF founder Keith Hufnagel passed back in 2020, his legacy continues as the streetwear brand is celebrating its 20th Anniversary. For the occasion, a fourth HUF x Nike SB collab is on the way with a trio of special edition SB Dunk Lows.
