Made some beef and cheddar sliders, knorr creamy garlic shells and a side salad.

For the sliders:
Hawaiian rolls (from Aldi)
1/2 lbs. roast beef
Maybe 1/4 of a can of the Rico’s premium cheddar
3 tbsp. Butter (melted)
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Ken’s country French dressing

Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
Cut sliders in half
Place roast beef on the bottom layer
Spread cheddar cheese sauce on top layer of the buns
Pour melted butter over the buns
Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning
Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes
Take top bun layer off and drizzle with the French dressing

For the shells I just followed the instructions on the back and added some garlic powder, Kraft Parmesan cheese, and Kinder’s The Blend seasoning

Salad was just a salad mix from Aldi with some red onion, fresh Parm cheese and the Olive Garden dressing!
