𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲
▪️World Parkinson’s Day is being observed today across the globe to raise awareness about Parkinson’s disease, a neurodegenerative disorder.
▪️The theme for this year is “Bridge the Care Gap”. The day aims to educate people about the condition, promote early diagnosis, and advocate for improved care and research.
▪️AIIMS will organise several awareness programmes, including a walkathon and public outreach events on 18 and 19 April.
