सरकारी भर्ती परीक्षाओं में पेपर लीक और नकल करने पर आरोपियों को अधिकतम 10 साल की जेल और 1 करोड़ रुपए जुर्माना देना पड़ेगा। केंद्र सरकार ने 6 फरवरी 2024 को इन पर रोक लगाने के लिए पब्लिक एग्जामिनेशन (गलत साधनों की रोकथाम) बिल पास कर दिया। अब इसे राज्यसभा में भेजा जाएगा।
