Been there — trying to fix every fire, carry every load.
But leadership isn't about being everywhere at once.
It's about being present, predictable, and strategic.
Give them clarity.
That’s the real superpower.

“𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐬𝐬?”
A few years ago, I sat down with an entrepreneur who looked exhausted.
His business was running, clients were coming in, but he confessed something striking:
“𝙄 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙄’𝙢 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙄’𝙢 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩.”
That’s when I shared with him 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭’𝐬 𝐋𝐚𝐰:
“𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢 𝙞𝙣 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤.”
And it’s even more true in entrepreneurship.
Unlike a job, where roles and tasks are defined, running your own business means you set the direction, decide the priorities, and choose what deserves your time.
But here’s the catch—
When you don’t have clarity, you end up 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.
You spend your days putting out fires instead of building systems.
You get 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙮 instead of 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚
That entrepreneur realized his real challenge wasn’t competition, clients, or cash flow.
It was the absence of a clear roadmap for himself and his team.
The moment he 𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨, 𝙨𝙚𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚, the chaos started fading. His team knew what to do. More importantly— 𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠.
That’s the essence of 𝙂𝙞𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙩’𝙨 𝙇𝙖𝙬 𝙞𝙣 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨: 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. Without it, even the hardest work leads to exhaustion, not growth.

𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐧𝐚 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢…
Today we celebrate the birth of Shri Krishna — not only the divine charioteer of Arjuna, but also the 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭, 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 the world has ever known.
The timeless wisdom he shared through the 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐢𝐭𝐚 goes far beyond the battlefield of Kurukshetra. It applies just as much to our boardrooms, businesses, and everyday professional challenges. In fact, much of what modern-day gurus, thought leaders, and management experts teach can be traced back to the principles that Krishna laid down over 5,000 years ago.
That’s why, starting today, I am launching 𝟓𝟎-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: “𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐢𝐭𝐚”
Each day, I will take one shloka from the Gita (in Sanskrit), decode its meaning, and translate it into a 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬. Along the way, I’ll connect Krishna’s wisdom with insights from today’s global thought leaders.
𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨:
• Lead with clarity in uncertainty
• Make better decisions under pressure
• Balance success and failure
• Build resilient teams
• And grow not just professionally, but as a human being…
Then 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 daily.
Because the Gita is not just a scripture — it’s the 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲.
Join me as we learn from 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐧𝐚 — 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐮, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫..
