हल्द्वानी से गौलापार को जाते समय पुल पार करते ही दो सड़कें हैं। एक सड़क स्टेडियम व दूसरी सड़क ग्राम देवला तल्ला को जोड़ती है।

इसी देवला तल्ला गांव में एक व्यक्ति ने वर्ष 2018 के बाद से अवैध प्लाटिंग शुरू की। अब तक करीब 300 से अधिक प्लाट काटे जा चुके हैं और 10 से अधिक मकान बनकर खड़े हो गए हैं
