रिया डाबी IAS टीना डाबी की सगी बहन हैं। रिया के दादा दादा नंद किशोर सीएसआईआर में अधिकारी थे। रिया के पिता जसवंत ने UPSC (इंडियन इंजीनियरिंग सर्विसेज) परीक्षा पास की थी। अब रिया के पति भी IPS हैं।
