19 मासूम बेटियों के 2 कातिलों/ रेपिस्टो की फांसी की सजा पर हाईकोर्ट ने लगाई रोक

UP : नोएडा के चर्चित निठारी कांड में 19 लड़कियों के रेप के बाद क़त्ल करने वाले दरिंदे सुरेंद्र कोली और मोनिंदर सिंह पंधेर की फांसी की सजा पर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने रोक लगाई। कोली को 13 और पंधेर को 2 मुकदमों में CBI कोर्ट गाजियाबाद ने फांसी की सजा सुनाई थी। इन पर 19 लड़कियों से रेप के बाद हत्या के मुकदमे दर्ज थे। अदालत ने इन्हे दोषी मानते हुए फांसी की सजा सुनाई थी।
