उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार ने नोएडा और ग्रेटर नोएडा के औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में काम करने वाले लाखों मजदूरों को एक बड़ी सौगात दी है। पिछले कुछ दिनों से चल रहे विरोध प्रदर्शनों को देखते हुए प्रशासन ने निजी कंपनियों के लिए बेहद सख्त नियम लागू कर दिए हैं। अब कंपनियों को न केवल समय पर वेतन देना होगा, बल्कि अतिरिक्त काम (Overtime) के लिए जेब भी ज्यादा ढीली करनी होगी।

नए नियमों की 5 बड़ी बातें:-
डबल ओवरटाइम: अब अगर कोई मजदूर अपनी शिफ्ट के बाद अतिरिक्त काम करता है, तो उसे सामान्य वेतन के मुकाबले दो गुना (2x) पैसा देना होगा। इसमें किसी भी तरह की कटौती की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
सैलरी की डेडलाइन: सभी कंपनियों को हर महीने की 10 तारीख तक कर्मचारियों का वेतन एक बार में ही बैंक खाते में जमा करना होगा। साथ ही, सैलरी स्लिप देना भी अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है।

बोनस का नियम: सालाना बोनस के लिए अब मजदूरों को चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे। कंपनियों को 30 नवंबर तक बोनस की राशि सीधे बैंक खाते में भेजनी होगी।

अनिवार्य छुट्टी: सप्ताह में एक दिन की छुट्टी तय है। यदि किसी विशेष स्थिति में रविवार को काम कराया जाता है, तो उस दिन का भुगतान भी दोगुना करना होगा।

पारदर्शिता: वेतन और बोनस का भुगतान अब कैश में नहीं, बल्कि सीधे बैंक खातों में होगा ताकि पारदर्शिता बनी रहे।

महिला सुरक्षा पर विशेष फोकस
प्रशासन ने फैक्ट्रियों में काम करने वाली महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए जीरो टॉलरेंस नीति अपनाई है:-

हर कंपनी में एक आंतरिक शिकायत समिति होगी, जिसकी अध्यक्ष अनिवार्य रूप से एक महिला होगी।
कार्यस्थल पर शिकायत बॉक्स, हेल्पलाइन नंबर और कंट्रोल रूम की व्यवस्था करनी होगी।

क्यों लिया गया यह फैसला?
पिछले तीन दिनों से नोएडा के विभिन्न औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में मजदूर वेतन में देरी और कटौती को लेकर प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे। स्थिति को बिगड़ते देख जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ने उद्योगपतियों के साथ बैठक की और स्पष्ट किया कि अब मजदूरों के अधिकारों के साथ कोई समझौता नहीं होगा।

कड़ी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी
जिला प्रशासन ने साफ कर दिया है कि जो भी कंपनी इन नियमों का उल्लंघन करेगी, उसके खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। सरकार का लक्ष्य गौतम बुद्ध नगर को श्रम सुधारों के मामले में पूरे प्रदेश के लिए एक मॉडल बनाना है।
