This was the atmosphere during my session on 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 as part of the 𝟏𝟎-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬, jointly organized by 𝐉𝐒𝐒 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞, 𝐌𝐲𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐮 (𝐈𝐐𝐀𝐂 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚

From the very beginning, we delved into the essence of leadership—what it truly means to lead, the different leadership styles, and why every leader must embrace a mix of these styles. The focus was clear: 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜; 𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
🌟 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
To ensure the session was not just theoretical, we brought in an array of 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬, live 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐬, and real-world examples. But the real magic happened when we split the audience into 𝟒𝟎 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬! Each group, comprising 3-4 participants, was given a unique case study to brainstorm, discuss, and present actionable solutions.

The breakout rooms buzzed with energy as participants enthusiastically shared their perspectives on real-life leadership challenges. Their thought-provoking solutions highlighted how leadership involves not just making decisions but also fostering collaboration, trust, and adaptability.
