Product Principle
With PLC software support, the volume adjustment only needs to set the target volume on the touch screen, and the equipment can automatically increase or decrease to reach the target volume. Color touch display, all operations, operation instructions and other functions are completed on the touch screen.
It is widely used for filling antifreeze, car urea, car power water, liquid fertilizer, glass water, pesticides and veterinary drugs, disinfectants and all aqua materials.
Steps
1. Put the bottle on the work bench. When the foot switch is stepped down (or the automatic start button is pressed), the lifting cylinder moves down to insert the filling head into the bottle, and the filling head control valve opens to start filling.
2. When the flow reaches the preset number, an instruction is issued to close the corresponding filling head. After all the filling heads are closed, the upward filling head of the lifting cylinder draws out the bottle to complete the entire filling process.
