🔥 Tandoori Roti (तंदूरी रोटी)
👉 आवश्यक सामग्री (Ingre****nts)
गेहूं का आटा – 2 कप
दही – ¼ कप
बेकिंग सोडा – 1 चुटकी
नमक – स्वादानुसार
घी या मक्खन – लगाने के लिए
पानी – ज़रूरत अनुसार
कलौंजी या तिल – ऑप्शनल
👉 बनाने की विधि (Method)
★ स्टेप 1: आटा गूंथना
एक बाउल में आटा, नमक और बेकिंग सोडा मिलाएँ।
दही डालकर हल्का सा मिलाएँ।
पानी डालकर नरम और smooth dough बना लें।
आटे को 15–20 मिनट ढककर rest होने दें।
★ स्टेप 2: रोटी बेलना
आटे की मध्यम आकार की लोई बनाएँ।
इसे गोल या ओवल आकार में बेलें।
ऊपर से कलौंजी या तिल लगाना चाहें तो हल्का दबा दें।
रोटी के एक साइड पर हल्का पानी लगा दें (ताकि पैन या तंदूर में चिपके)।
★ स्टेप 3: तंदूर / तवा पर पकाना
✔ अगर तंदूर है:
पानी वाली साइड तंदूर में चिपकाएँ और 2–3 मिनट पकाएँ।
हल्का सा coal smoke flavor खुद आ जाएगा।
✔ अगर तवा पर बनाना है:
पानी वाली साइड नीचे की तरफ गरम तवे पर चिपकाएँ।
जब ऊपर बुलबुले दिखें तो तवा उल्टा करके गैस फ्लेम पर गोल्डन और tandoori texture आने तक पकाएँ।
★ स्टेप 4: फाइनल टच
पकने के बाद ऊपर से घी या मक्खन लगाएँ।
गरमागरम serve करें।
