इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला — धर्म बदलने वालों को अब नहीं मिलेगा SC/ST/OBC आरक्षण का लाभ
इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने एक ऐतिहासिक आदेश जारी करते हुए साफ कर दिया है कि हिन्दू धर्म छोड़कर ईसाई धर्म अपनाने वाले व्यक्ति SC/ST/OBC आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं ले सकते।
कोर्ट ने कहा कि “धर्म परिवर्तन के बाद भी SC दर्जा बनाए रखना संविधान के साथ धोखा है।”
यह फैसला उस मामले में आया, जिसमें जितेन्द्र साहनी पर आरोप था कि वह ईसाई प्रार्थना सभा की आड़ में लोगों को लालच देकर धर्मांतरण करा रहे थे और हिन्दू देवी-देवताओं का अपमान करते थे। गवाहों के अनुसार वह ईसाई धर्म अपना चुके थे, लेकिन कोर्ट में उन्होंने खुद को हिंदू बताया।
💥 कोर्ट के मुख्य आदेश
👉 धर्म छुपाकर SC आरक्षण लेना संविधान के विरुद्ध
👉 DM को निर्देश – अगर हलफनामे में धर्म संबंधी गलत जानकारी दी गई है या धर्म परिवर्तन छुपाया गया है, तो सख्त कार्रवाई हो
👉 प्रदेश के सभी जिलाधिकारियों को आदेश –
ऐसे सभी मामलों की जांच करें जहाँ लोग हिन्दू धर्म छोड़कर भी SC/ST/OBC के लाभ ले रहे हों, और रिपोर्ट सरकार को भेजें
