India has got the host of Commonwealth Games 2030. Ahmedabad was declared the host city following the Commonwealth Sports Executive Board meeting in Glasgow, Scotland on Wednesday. India is hosting Commonwealth Games (CWG) after 15 years. Earlier, New Delhi In Games were organized in 2010. Then Indian players won 101 medals including 38 golds.

11 railway employees were killed and 2 people were injured in a rail accident in Yunnan, southern province of China. The accident occurred when a test train was investigating an earthquake-related equipment, suddenly hit the staff.
