बाजरा की रोटी , चने का साग
अब तो सिर्फ यादें ही रह गयी है , हमारे 90s के समय मे गाँवो में इसी प्रकार की किचन होती थी और इसी प्रकार का खाना होता था । इन दिनों में तो आलू भी मीठे हो जाते थे इसलिए घर के लोग चने के साग को काटकर सूखा लेते थे फिर गर्मियों के दिनों में इसका उपयोग किया जाता था । उस समय हर एक सब्जी हर एक सीजन में नही मिलती थी । सीजन के हिसाब से ही सब्जी मिलती थी । गांव के लोग सब्जी बाजार से खरीदते ही नही थे सब खेतों में उगाया जाता था ।
