प्रश्न = गायत्री मंत्र में क्या खास शक्ति है?
इस चित्र से आपको यह तो समझ आ गया होगा की गायत्री मंत्र से शरीर के कई महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर कम्पन व असर होता है।
चलो सबसे पहले हम समझते है कोई मंत्र काम केसे करता है, वास्तव में मंत्र के सही और सटीक उच्चारण से वह कार्य करता है, जब हम कोई मंत्र बोलते है वह ध्वनि हमारे शरीर के अलग अलग भाग से उत्पन्न होती है व अलग अलग भाग को प्रभावित करती है। उदाहरण के तौर पर जब आप प्रणव यानी कि ॐ का उच्चारण करते है तो वह भी अलग अलग भाग से उत्पन्न हुआ प्रतीत होगा, तो वैसे ही इस चित्र के अनुसार गायत्री मंत्र भी शरीर के अलग अलग बिंदुओ को प्रभावित करता है।
दूसरी बात गायत्री मंत्र क्या है, यह जानना जरूरी है, यह वास्तव में सविता देवता का मंत्र है, मतलब इसकी ऊर्जा का संबंध सविता देवता से है, सविता देवता को ही सूर्य समझिए, सूर्य की शक्ति को सविता कहा गया है। तो जो कहते है की गायत्री मंत्र से कोई असर नहीं हुआ या ना कुछ खास महसूस हुआ तो उन्हें ये जान ना जरूरी है कि इसका जप कब और केसे करे।
गायत्री मंत्र का जप दिन में होने वाली तीनों में से किसी भी संध्या के समय किया का सकता है, मतलब सवेरे, दोपहर या शाम को, वैसे तो आप दिन में कभी भी जप कर सकते है पर तब सूर्य का प्रकाश होना चाहिए और वह प्रकाश आपके शरीर को स्पर्श भी कर रहा हो, पर आपको रोज एक ही समय एक निश्चित मात्रा में जप करना चाहिए, इस लिए संध्या काल उचित होगा क्युकी तब तो आपको सूर्य का प्रकाश देख कर भी जप शुरू करने का स्मरण हो जाएगा। और एक बात गायत्री मंत्र के प्रभाव से मनुष्य, काम, क्रोध, मद, दंभ, दुर्भाव, लोभ, द्वेष, अहंकार से दूर हो सकता है। और इनसे दूर होने पर ही आध्यात्मिक उन्नति संभव है, तो जो अपनी आध्यात्मिक उन्नति चाहते है वे इसका जप अवश्य करे।
आपको यह भी पता होगा कि गायत्री मंत्र और महामृत्युंजय मंत्र को हिन्दू धर्म में बहुत प्रभाव शाली माना गया है, ऐसा इसीलिए है क्युकी यह दोनों मंत्र आपकी आध्यात्मिक उन्नति में बहुत बड़े सहायक सिद्ध होते है।
