5 बेटे थे, और सभी अपनी पत्नियों के साथ बाहर रहते थे। जब पिता ने कहा, "बेटे, मैं घर पर अकेला कैसे रहूंगा? 80 साल की उम्र में खाना भी नहीं बना पाऊंगा। मुझे भी अपने साथ ले चलो।" पांचों बेटों ने मना कर दिया और अपनी पत्नियों को लेकर चले गए, पिता को अकेला छोड़ दिया। पिता ने घर, खेत, कुल 5 करोड़ की संपत्ति बेचकर मंदिर में दान कर दी और उसी मंदिर में भगवान की सेवा करने लगे।

In the battle between two teenagers, defending champion Sheetal came from behind to successfully bag her second gold medal of the Games at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
