Just wanted to share an idea that has helped me so much when meal planning! I keep a list of meal ideas in my notebook & before i go grocery shopping I pick meals off of the list! I'll try new things every so often & if we like it, i add it to the list to make again! We have a kid, so yes, we go simple most nights 😅😂
