1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour (or cornflour)
2 teaspoons of water (for slurry)
Cheese (for stuffing) 🧀

👉 Method (Step-by-Step)

Crush the corn and set aside.
Mix the crushed corn, paneer, capsicum, carrot, green chilies, and coriander.
Add chaat masala, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt.
Prepare the slurry by mixing flour and water.
Place the filling and cheese onto each spring roll sheet and seal with the slurry.
Fry in oil or air-fry until golden and crisp.
Serve and enjoy! 😋
