अमेरिका के मैरीलैंड में एक भारतीय युवक पर अपनी एक्स गर्लफ्रेंड की बेरहमी से हत्या कर भारत भागने का आरोप है. पुलिस के मुताबिक आरोपी अर्जुन शर्मा (26) ने 2 जनवरी को प्रेमिका के लापता होने की झूठी रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई और उसी दिन फ्लाइट से भारत चला गया. बाद में उसके अपार्टमेंट की तलाशी में युवती निकिता गोदिशाला (27) की लाश मिली. अर्जुन ने पुलिस को बताया था कि उसने निकिता को आखिरी बार 31 दिसंबर को अपार्टमेंट में देखा था. आरोपी कोलंबिया शहर का रहने वाला बताया गया है जबकि निकिता एलिकॉट सिटी की रहने वाली थी.
