🌿 Herbed Rice

Sauté garlic & onion in 1 tsp oil + 1 tsp butter.
Add mixed veggies, then 2 cups cooked rice, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper & salt. Toss well.

🧀 Spiced Paneer

Mix 1 tbsp oil, salt, chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, oregano & lemon juice.
Coat 200g paneer and grill till golden.

🥒 Curd Salad

Whisk 200g curd.
Add carrot, cucumber, onion, salt, pepper & jeera powder. Chill.

कांगड़ा: एनएच-503 पर ढलियारा स्थित ‘खूनी मोड़’ के पास राधा स्वामी सत्संग घर के नजदीक एक दर्दनाक सड़क हादसा सामने आया है, जिसमें 3 की मौत और 27 श्रद्धालुओं के घायल होने की सूचना है। एक ट्रैक्टर-ट्राली अनियंत्रित होकर करीब 90 फीट गहरी खाई में जा गिरी, जिससे मौके पर अफरा-तफरी मच गई।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, पंजाब के कपूरथला से श्रद्धालुओं का एक समूह ट्रैक्टर-ट्राली में सवार होकर देवी दर्शन के लिए हिमाचल आया हुआ था। श्रद्धालुओं ने पहले चिंतपूर्णी मंदिर में माथा टेका और इसके बाद ज्वालामुखी मंदिर के लिए रवाना हुए थे।

बताया जा रहा है कि जैसे ही ट्रैक्टर ढलियारा के खतरनाक ‘खूनी मोड़’ के पास पहुंचा, अचानक ब्रेक फेल हो गए। चालक वाहन पर नियंत्रण नहीं रख पाया और ट्रैक्टर-ट्राली सीधी खाई में जा गिरी। हादसे के तुरंत बाद मौके पर चीख-पुकार मच गई।

घटना के समय सड़क से गुजर रहे स्थानीय लोग तुरंत मदद के लिए आगे आए और घायलों को खाई से बाहर निकालने का प्रयास शुरू किया। सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस टीम मौके पर पहुंची और राहत एवं बचाव कार्य तेज किया गया। घायलों को उपचार के लिए नजदीकी अस्पतालों में भेजा जा रहा है। फिलहाल हादसे में घायल लोगों की संख्या और स्थिति की आधिकारिक पुष्टि का इंतजार है।
