बिहार में बिजली चोरी रोकने के लिए विभाग ने हाईटेक तरीका अपनाया है। अब लाइनमैन की मुखबिरी की जरूरत नहीं, सैटेलाइट और स्मार्ट मीटर खुद चोरों का पता बताएंगे।
मुख्य बिंदु: 👇
1. कैसे काम करेगी तकनीक:
जूनियर इंजीनियर (JE) के मोबाइल में एक स्पेशल ऐप इंस्टॉल होगा। स्मार्ट प्रीपेड मीटर में लगे चिप से लोकेशन ट्रेस होगी। जिस घर में बिजली चोरी की आशंका होगी, गूगल अर्थ मैप पर वह घर 'लाल रंग' (Red Mark) से चिह्नित नजर आएगा।
2. कौन है रडार पर:
विभाग का सिस्टम ऑटोमेटिक तरीके से ऐसे लोगों को पकड़ लेगा:
- जिनका बिल 'जीरो यूनिट' आ रहा है।
- जिनका बैलेंस 'निगेटिव' है।
- या जिनकी खपत सामान्य से बेहद कम है।
3. मौके पर एफआईआर:
अधिकारियों ने साफ कहा है कि लाल निशान दिखते ही स्पेशल टीम छापा मारेगी और चोरी पकड़े जाने पर तुरंत FIR दर्ज होगी। अब किसी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।
4. यूपी मॉडल लागू:
उत्तर प्रदेश के बाद अब बिहार में यह हाईटेक निगरानी व्यवस्था लागू कर दी गई है। इससे राजस्व बढ़ेगा और ईमानदार उपभोक्ताओं को बेहतर बिजली मिलेगी।
