½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon chili flakes
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon salt

For boiling pasta

Water (as required)
1 teaspoon oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup pasta

For white sauce

1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour (maida)
1 cup milk
1 cheese cube (grated)
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh cream

👉 Step-by-Step Method

Sautéing the Vegetables

In a pan, add 1 tablespoon butter.
Add ½ teaspoon chopped garlic and sauté lightly.
Add yellow capsicum, red capsicum, and chopped onion.
Add olives, black pepper powder, chili flakes, oregano, and salt.
Mix well and cook for about 2 minutes on medium flame.

Boiling the Pasta

In a pot, add water, 1 teaspoon oil, and ½ teaspoon salt.
Let the water boil, then add 1 cup pasta.
Boil for about 5 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.

Making the White Sauce

In a separate pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon butter.
Add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic and sauté.
Add 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour (maida) and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
Slowly add 1 cup milk while stirring continuously and cook until the sauce thickens.
Add the cheese cube, chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, and salt.
Mix well and let the sauce thicken.
Add the boiled pasta and sautéed vegetables into the sauce.
Add 1 tablespoon cream and mix well.
If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little milk to adjust the consistency.
